About the Role:

Applied Value Technologies is in search of a Salesforce Triage Specialist to aid in delivering critical application services to internal customers. Working under the Managed Services Team, the aim is to provide top-notch technical support with exceptional customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. We are looking for individuals who are tech enthusiasts, customer service champions, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Our clientele comprises top-tier technology firms, offering platforms that facilitate global connections. With a shared focus on prioritizing people over technology constraints, AVT is well-positioned to elevate this mission to new heights.

About You:

We seek someone who:

  • Delivers efficient support on product and integration issues, as well as ticket triaging
  • Follows precise processes to aid engineering teams
  • Manages service Request Management
  • Handles content creation, updates, and knowledge management
  • Resolves basic admin and configuration issues in SFDC
  • Rapidly diagnoses and resolves technical issues, conveying solutions clearly
  • Communicates effectively with engineering teams to enhance product solutions
  • Executes SOPs efficiently and maintains knowledge base

  • Maintains a respectful and adaptable demeanor
  • Delivers high-quality service to users

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on technical support or business process experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, particularly Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with SLAs in a client-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills in global settings
  • Experience working independently and in a team
  • Service Cloud Admin Certified or Workday Payroll Admin Certified (mandatory)

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Workday experience
  • Knowledge of Visualforce and Mulesoft
