Description:


Job summary General responsibilities- 1) Client Management:
  • Base on business contract, identify key service areas and KPIs. Translate into monthly KPI report for Operation Meetings.
  • Align the KPI definition and targets with crossfunctional team, namely CCC, DC, SCM, and Finance.
  • Responsible to consolidate and understand the KPI matrix, and reason for failure to meet the KPI, if any.
  • Conduct monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with key clients (including Operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).
  • Liaises with Clients on their requirements & assist to resolve daily problems encountered.
  • Maintain high frequency of engagement with Clients to build effective and strong working relationships.
  • Work with other crossfunctional departments like DC, CCC and finance to ensure clients' operational requirements are met
  • 2) Inventory Management:
  • Coordinate closely with logistics (DC) for incoming shipment tracking.
  • Ensure inventory levels is within the contractual inventory holding target.
  • Prompt review & action on the obsolesces to minimize the nonworking inventory.
  • Work closely with DC to monitor the excess storage charges and informed the affected Clients.
  • Provide timely and proper instruction to Material Management team for inventory transfer, write off, block action.
  • 3) Leadership responsibilities Guide team to ensure effective delivery of team's goals
  • Drive selflearning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning
  • 4) Functional skills and knowledge Demonstrate basic understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate basic client management and communication skills
  • Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in crosscountry/cultural interactions
  • Demonstrate fluency in locally used languages and ideally in English, both written and spoken


Education
  • Certificate/diploma/degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, or equivalent
