Corporate Secretarial Executive/Senior Executive

Responsibilities
- Managing corporate secretarial duties for clients including company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparing resolutions.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining registers, and submitting returns.
- Handling ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
- Managing a portfolio of clients and providing guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
- Adhoc duties as needed.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualifications will be considered.
- Prior experience in the field is advantageous.
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
- Mandarin proficiency for client communication.
- Positive attitude, pro-active, good team player, can work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
