Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Managing corporate secretarial duties for clients including company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparing resolutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining registers, and submitting returns.
  • Handling ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and providing guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
  • Adhoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualifications will be considered.
  • Prior experience in the field is advantageous.
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
  • Mandarin proficiency for client communication.
  • Positive attitude, pro-active, good team player, can work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
