  • Handle day-to-day front desk reception duties.
  • Attend to phone call inquiries.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Provide support in the booking appointment/meeting room, and other related duties.
  • Ensure pantry stocks are replenished regularly
  • Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding, and scanning, etc
  • Maintain order and tidiness of the reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
  • Arranging couriers
  • Ad hoc job duties as assigned
