Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all facility management and maintenance activities, including upgrades, refurbishments, and building services.
- Managing service providers to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and inventory control.
- Ensuring that works are carried out with proper risk assessments and safety procedures.
- Gathering stakeholders' requirements to plan campus development in support of academic and administrative activities.
- Reviewing designs and specifications to ensure quality and value for money.
- Conducting site inspections to monitor work progress and quality.
- Contributing to sustainability initiatives through policy drafting and data compilation.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering, Building, Estates, or Architecture.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Singapore Standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Track record in policy management and project planning.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and change management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative and tech-savvy mindset.
- Willingness to work after office hours when needed.
