Position Overview:


The purpose of this role is to administer, maintain and develop the organization's Procore procedures and system, alongside providing general IT systems support in Procore within APAC.

You will work closely with the representatives from Construction, CCF, Regional and Global Procore Specialists to ensure and maintain that Regional/Global Procore standards and procedures are being implemented throughout APAC.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and develop the Procore system, including user databases, reporting, staff training, and document control
  • Provide reporting and information to support essential business analysis across all vital construction functions
  • Manage the document control system and liaising with the project owners ensuring that new drawings and documents are uploaded in a timely manner
  • Maintain SOP and all process alignment with our Regional/Global standards
  • Maintain organized system of digital records
  • Be considered as the Procore Subject Matter Expert for APAC
  • Manage and maintain the system, user access and troubleshoot system issues
  • Manage and implement Procore across the organization including the creation and administration of new projects
  • Provide ongoing Procore training for all staff at regular intervals and to external users when necessary.
  • Additional duties as assigned from time to time by Management
  • Support project managers on matters requiring their immediate action
  • To manage relationships with internal customers and associated stakeholders, meeting, and exceeding expectations.
  • Assist the business in attaining strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma degree in construction management, or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to form a team and develop a successful working environment for growth and continual improvement in support of construction operations.
  • Qualifications to support, experience, and success in a construction assistance role.
  • Ideally with experience of T1 & T2 Construction Contracting, Design & Services Management, Project Management and Developer / Client roles.
