My client is setting up a new team of Customer Support Specialist to assist their customers in Manila, Philippines with technical questions when using their products and services.


Ultimately, you will help establish their reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support for after-sales, up-selling and earn high commissions.

On-site and On-The-Job training will be provided

  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • Enjoys resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
  • To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, if users faces difficulties which cannot be resolved )
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Upsell products and services ( takes up at least 50% of the work time )

Requirements and skills:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role
  • Familiar and comfortable with customers who are both english and chinesespeaking
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Comfortable working away from Singapore for at least 6 months
  • Onsite and On-TheJob training will be provided
