  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews with our internal colleagues to understand integration approach and design principles across different workstreams and geographical locations.
  • Synthesize complex information gathered from interviews into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Collaborate with other intern and Synpulse colleagues to create a change management deck and marketing material which will be serve as a talking point to our potential clients.
  • Present key findings and recommendation to senior management and partner.
  • Support management team or colleagues on adhoc business development tasks.

About you:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (ideally 3rd/final year students).
  • Prior internship experience is a plus, although not a must have, within Banking or Consulting.
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments within Synpulse.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex situations, to lead and direct the analysis processes.
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem solving.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
