  • Handle enquiries on various social media channels with good working knowledge

  • ⁠ ⁠Reply to all emails sent by prospective patients to the company's general enquiry emailaddresses in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
  • ⁠ ⁠Call or text message prospective patients where a phone number has been provided to makeappointments and follow up with an email.
  • ⁠ ⁠Handle live chat by replying to messages posted live on website by prospective patients.
  • ⁠ ⁠Advise estimated treatment cost and briefly describe procedure.
  • ⁠ ⁠Send emails to live chat contactees who were not replied to eg because (out of office hours).
  • ⁠ ⁠Follow-up on patient leads from other online sources.
  • ⁠ ⁠Follow-up with cancelled appointments to reschedule appointments.
  • ⁠ ⁠Follow-up on leads on a daily basis.
⁠ ⁠Handle Facebook and Instagram:
post comments and reply to messages.

  • ⁠ ⁠Handle incoming calls that spill over when a clinic has missed them by greeting and re-directingcaller appropriately.

Requirements:
