We are currently looking for a Service Delivery & Ops Director to join our talented team at NCS.

What we aim to achieve together:

  • Analyze and document requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders, consolidate information needs across the organization
  • Understand customer needs and align them with IT planning and management
  • Define project resources, establish project plans, manage project activities to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage scope definition, change control mechanism, resources, and project documentation
  • Monitor service levels and provide regular reporting to stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer/ Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors, build relationships with users and management, manage contracts and subcontractors
  • Team Management: Ensure tasks and deliverables are on schedule, provide leadership to the team, monitor and improve team performance
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for service expansion, collaborate with Account Managers, lead pre-sale activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of IT project management experience
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Proficiency in English, willingness to travel as needed
