Our client, a reputable law firm, is on the lookout for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team and provide support to the Corporate Secretarial and/or Immigration & Family Office Departments.
As a valued member of the firm, the Legal Administrative Assistant will have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of these vital departments. Some key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch administrative support to maintain departmental efficiency.
- Assisting managers with various tasks to facilitate seamless workflow.
- Handling invoicing responsibilities with precision and timeliness in financial transactions.
- Maintaining and updating databases meticulously to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Managing general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning documents for organization and accessibility.
- Aiding in the preparation and compilation of legal documentation to support client service success.
- Implementing clerical duties and administrative processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
