What you will be doing:

Hubble is searching for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive (Individual Contributor- Hunter Role) who possesses the talent & ability to generate new business (new logo acquisition or expanding in existing client base). They must have a consultative sales approach and a successful track record of engaging and closing Enterprise segment/Large Enterprise clients with polished presentation & product demo skills. This individual must exhibit all the behaviors linked with a high-performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and achieving results against a quota. This individual will ensure the best sales experience for our customers. You'll:

  • Drive sales engagements to surpass activity, pipeline, and revenue goals each quarter.
  • Formulate a Sales plan to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction within your accounts/ territory. Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts/ territory to assist in evolving your strategy & execution.
  • Become the go-to expert on the Hubble platform and promote our cloud-based software suite to new or existing clients (new opportunities).
  • Inform & impress customers by showcasing Hubble's software and recommend relevant use cases that will generate strong business impact.
  • Show value to key stakeholders. Confidently interact with different stakeholders, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and close significant deals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
  • Cultivate long-lasting strategic relationships and guarantee satisfaction with Key accounts.

What we require from you:

  • Three (3) years or more in Enterprise B2B software sales with at least Two (2) years of experience selling SaaS products to C-Level, Senior Management, and Key Influencers of Large Enterprises.
  • Demonstrated history of steady sales/territory growth and quota attainment (hunting role) by finalizing 6-digit dollar contracts.
  • New logo acquisitions & expansion with existing clients (new opportunities) using solution-selling techniques.
  • Proven ability to navigate intricate multiple-stakeholder deal environments and track record of successful selling to Enterprise companies in Singapore/ASEAN.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills, and familiarity with sales management tools, e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Proficient in both virtual & in-person presentations with the capability to create a significant impact through SaaS product demonstrations. Ability to construct and articulate a compelling business case to the clients/prospects.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, with willingness to execute and achieve goals.
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance preferred.
