You Will
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for YouBiz that will meet targets in revenue and customer acquisition and ensure strong baseline growth for the business
- Own and manage the P&L of Youbiz
- Distill customer feedback to determine product development roadmaps
- Research and keep uptodate with the B2B payments space
- Leverage on industry experience and senior level relationships to identify market opportunities for expansion and foster new business relationships in target segments and accounts.
- Recruit, train, and enable high performing talents to excel in their respective roles
You Are-
Experienced Commercial Leader — You have at least 7 years of experience in a sales or commercial strategy leadership position with a proven track record in exceeding growth and sales targets. You should also have experience owning the P&L of complex and high value products/solutions.

Passionate B2B Product Owner — You possess a strong business acumen in the B2B space, and understand the process to discover pain points and develop solutions for business owners. Ideally, you have prior experience in a B2B fintech or SaaS company.

Excellent and Transparent Communicator —You possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and is able to effectively work across various departments
