Job Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Executive HR & Admin, you are responsible for the various payroll and benefits initiatives matters.

Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Monthly processing of payroll and payroll reports. Checking and making payment for reimbursement and Overtime
  • Process Government Funding such as CCL/PL, NS, all other statutory claims and submission of CPF, Income tax, IR21 and etc
  • Handles all staff enquires pertaining to payroll related matters.
  • Processing offboarding for resignees such as informing IT, updating of HRIS and etc
  • Attend to Auditor's enquires pertaining to payroll related areas of work
  • Preparation of half yearly grants' reports, monthly overtime, training, MC, resignation related reports and MOM survey reports.

Benefits Administration

  • Leave and benefit administration
  • Managed yearly insurance renewals and any other insurance matters including WICA submission and etc

HRIS

  • Ensure quality management of HRIS system data
  • Maintain HRIS system data for new hire and any changes in existing staffs' information such as salary, performance rating, mobile allowance, approval of employee selfservice and etc

Other HR areas

  • Ensure Policies under purview are updated at all times
  • Assist in BCM matters
  • To work with vendor in resolving any system issues that may occur
  • Preparation of employees' requests for documents, letters and SPR forms
  • Handling reference check for exemployees
  • Support HR events and projects
  • To support and/or chair recreation club as and when required
  • Assignment of other duties as & when required

Requirements

  • Degree with 3 years' relevant experience / Diploma with 45 years' relevant experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A good team player and highly motivated, goaloriented individual
  • Multitasker and ability to work and follow through within tight timeline
  • Meticulous individual with an eye for details
  • Strong in payroll implementation and computation
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and resilient to challenges
  • Possess good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Familiar with HRIQ would be an advantage
