Job Description
  • Support procurement activities for Opex by obtaining quotes, utilizing framework agreements, and ensuring timely delivery following the Tactical Procurement Procedure
  • Execute Source-to-Pay (P2P) steps efficiently to acquire services/products at the right time and place
  • Utilize the ERP system effectively and act as a key user for the OCS system
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of procurement contracts, ensuring contract visibility and tracking end dates
  • Assist in managing the supplier base, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain necessary documentation
  • Analyze global and local KPIs related to procurement efficiency and cost savings
  • Participate in performance improvement discussions and recommend enhancements
  • Utilize S&P technology for P2P processes and reporting, providing solutions and supporting decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of procurement or quantity surveying experience. Fresh graduates with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply
  • Background in procurement or finance administration is beneficial
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
  • Prior experience with Purchase-To-Pay management and contract administration is a plus
  • *Candidates shortlisted will undergo a personality assessment before the interview stage
