**Procurement and Operations Officer**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement and Operations Officer to join our team at NEW PORT DUTY FREE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and operations functions of our company, ensuring that we maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize excess stock, and meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement:
    • Develop and maintain accurate monthly forecast reports for fast and slow-moving items to ensure optimal inventory levels.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock availability, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
    • Receive and create Goods Receive Notes (GRNs) for incoming goods.
    • Manage internal transfers of stocks, including creating Order Entries (OEs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Goods Received Notes (GRNs), as necessary.
    • Generate requisitions for stocks at minimum levels on a weekly basis.
    • Inform warehouse managers of incoming goods for the following week.
    • Arrange with warehouse managers to collect goods from suppliers, as needed.
  • Operations:
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery according to customer specifications.
    • Ensure orders are accurately completed and securely packed.
    • Manage and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    • Support other warehouse staff as needed to meet operational demands.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 'O' / Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
    • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
    • F&B experience is an advantage.
