Innovation Lab Analyst

Singapore

About the position:

BSI is investing in Innovation, to enhance existing business solutions and develop new innovative solutions that promote trust, resilience, and sustainability.

As the Innovation Lab Analyst for our Singapore Innovation Lab, you will play a vital role in simplifying complex solutions for different audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and competitor offerings to support Innovation projects
  • Ensure alignment with the Innovation Team to deliver innovative ideas and solutions
  • Assist in designing and creating technical solutions
  • Engage in projects with customers at various organizational levels
  • Utilize technical expertise for research, design, software testing, and prototyping

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Production
  • Project management and human-centric design skills
  • Good knowledge of computer software development, including SFDC
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a bonus
