Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with suppliers of final products, packaging material, and collaterals
  • Liaise with overseas subsidiary to address equipment order-related matters
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions for both local and overseas suppliers
  • Create and monitor detailed reports on inventory levels of items
  • Work with Finance to process supplier invoices for payment and asset management
  • Maintain spare parts database and files
  • Collaborate with the team and manufacturers to solve any issues that arise
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks

Requirements:

  • ITE in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome
