Job Summary

The Management Support Executive is responsible to provide secretarial support to CCSS Board Members, administration support to Executive Director Office, and render support to CCSS office services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform secretarial duties in relation to CCSS Board matters, including taking minutes of meeting, prepare directors' resolutions and AGM documentation, e-filing of document required by Charity Act, logistic preparation of meetings and any ad-hoc events planning for the Board Members.
  • Acting as point of contact between the Board Members and Executive Director
  • Support Executive Director as a Data Protection Officer in PDPA matters; compliance, knowledge management and training
  • Support Executive Director in preparing PowerPoint presentations, research and findings, and other general administration support as and when required
  • Support CCSS office services in events planning, survey findings, sourcing and procurement, and other support assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • Preferably with Corporate Secretarial experience and knowledge of PDPA policy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and confidence to interface at all levels to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A driven and enthusiastic self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • Proactivity, resourcefulness and the ability to use initiative where required
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Only for candidates who do not need Singapore work pass
