We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Distribution Performance Management.

Principal Responsibilities

Data Analytics and Insights

Conduct data mining, analyse and interpret data related to distribution performance, apply statistical analysis to identify trends, and subsequently make forecasts on distribution performance and sales behaviour Extract meaningful insights from data, present findings and recommendations to Channel Heads, senior management and other stakeholders through effective data visualisation Support manager and Channel Heads with designing distributor campaigns and incentives that are effective in achieving the company's objectives and driving sales behaviour that is in line with the company strategy Conduct in-depth analysis of current data and build reliable models and projections for development of business cases, initiatives and distribution strategies Develop monitoring tools of strategic initiatives and conduct post-initiative analysis Support Channel Heads and other stakeholders for any enquiries that require data extraction and/or data analysis related to distribution performance

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and business optimisation and implement enhancement and automation for Distribution department Develop and continuously enhance distribution performance management and production reports and dashboards by maximising automation and streamlining processes

Projects

Participate in ad-hoc projects or business cases as required. Requirements Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or an equivalent field Strong MS Office skills; Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Financial Modelling/ Projections, Macros, Data Visualization, Power Query) Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools is preferred, such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense or similar Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders of all seniority Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
