As we push the boundaries of knowledge and address Singapore's national priorities, we're on the lookout for individuals who embody drive, tenacity, and resourcefulness.
We seek a passionate team player who will serve as executive assistant to the Vice President (Research)(VPR) and support VPRO.
Responsibilities:
Manage VPR's calendar and travel needsProvide secretariat and administrative support for meetings hosted by VPR, including:
Taking minutesData gatheringPreparing reportsPreparing slides
Organise and manage events in VPROSupport the management of President's Office including working on the budget, assets, and physical spaceOther administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
A university degree or equivalentAt least 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in an education institutionAbility to write grammatically correct business correspondence and reports independentlyAbility to develop effective presentationsProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational skillsAbility to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
