Our client is an established Commercial and Hotel Property Management with their main office in the Heart and Central area of Singapore.


We are assisting a well-established client in-search for a Secretary position supporting senior management in the day-to-day correspondence and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Attend to management meetings and record minutes of the meeting, monitor progression and followup with related parties (external and internal)
  • Liaising with various internal departments for memo distribution and coordination work.

Requirements:

  • Atleast a Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration and Operations.
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in Secretarial function, having worked with various senior management leaders and communicate effectively.
- _Fresh Diploma / Degree holder will be considered._

  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office with advance knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint to perform presentations and data monitoring.
