Job Title: Senior Property Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Executive to join our team at WPS Property Management Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our properties, ensuring that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and that tenants' requests are met with a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Property Manager and assist in the supervision of building repair and improvement works.
  • Manage all maintenance issues and attend to tenants' requests/feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with specifications and building regulations, and take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of tenants operating within the managed properties.
  • Manage all operational matters, including facility and security of the property, and oversee the logistic operations for the self-storage facility.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management or other related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field, with experience in property and facilities management preferred.
  • Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, presentation skills, and experience in using MS Office.
