A day in the life

  • Perform in line with expectations identified within the Exercise Experience Coach journey.
  • Provide exceptional service through our gym floor product range including ensuring the gym areas and equipment is maintained and presented as laid out as per brand standards.
  • Deliver all products in line with the service level expectations attached to gym floor services and PT sessions combining unique physical experiences through to uplifting mindbody journeys.
  • Leverage your personality to create a culture where the community become loyal clientale.
  • Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve exercise product delivery.
  • Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
  • Keep all workouts safe (considering equipment, technique and preexisting injuries).
  • Stay on top of all admin to ensure seamless booking, payment and validation of sessions.
  • Naturally act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities as required.

  • You have the required recognised personal training certification to deliver PT sessions. You also have your first aid, flexibility to work a nontraditional schedule.
