About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Exercise Therapist to join our team at PEOPLE360 SERVICES PTE. LTD. as a Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our Functional Rehab department, you will play a vital role in helping clients recover from injuries and surgeries, and return to their normal activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized exercise plans for clients, in consultation with case leads and physiotherapists.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and instruction to clients, focusing on improving their movement and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless client care and effective communication.
  • Monitor client progress and provide timely updates to the team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm for helping clients achieve optimal functional levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to career development and client outcomes.
  • Hold a degree in Sports Science and/or a certification in Personal Training (ACE or ACSM).
