Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Your duties are as Business & Administrative Co-ordinator are as follows:
- General Administrative duties
- Inhouse and External courier arrangement
- Process referral fee (in excel) to doctors, reconciliation of sales data with marketing department.
- Meeting coordination for admin board, meeting room booking arrangements.
- Purchase Order Management
- Review and analyse market trends for supply cost, evaluate alternative supply options if current vendor unavailable, ability to negotiate with vendors for better pricing and services.
- Process PO# and generate invoices.
- Interacting with the individual Business Unit heads to ensure their requests/purchases are met timely and orderly.
- To ensure any term services contract documents are filed properly upon confirmation and signing. Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of procurement/administrative experience
- Diploma in business, purchasing, supply chain management or related field is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables)
- Demonstrate leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to expedite the decisionmaking process using value analysis techniques.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, being a team player, as well as initiating model positive change.
- Able to display proficient skills in work organization and withstand pressures.
