You will work closely with the CAG operations shift teams, engineering teams as well as key external stakeholders such as Changi's ground service providers, air traffic control, government agencies to deliver a safer, more reliable and more efficient airside to support the growing Changi air hub, by:

Monitoring and analysing operational key safety indicators Understanding operational issues, conduct root cause analysis and devise effective solutions Developing and implementing mid to long-term policies and new innovations, transformative ideas to tackle operational issues

In the course of your work, you will actively explore technological solutions, both digital and automation, and process re-design to transform the way Changi manages apron operations.

Requirements :

Good degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience Independent and motivated problem solver with strong critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in airside operations and familiarity with the airfield will be advantageous
