**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and developing airside driving and vehicle licensing policies and safety requirements to ensure Changi Airport's good safety performance. He/she will work with airport partners to conduct incident investigations, drive projects and initiatives to improve existing processes, and achieve operational excellence and safety in the aircraft manoeuvring areas and airside roadways.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement airside driving and vehicle licensing policies and safety requirements.
  • Work with airport partners to conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Drive projects and initiatives to improve existing processes and achieve operational excellence.
  • Take charge of airside vehicular parking space management, including lease of vehicle parking space with airport partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing space utilisation and devise a parking policy focusing on optimisation.

**Requirements**

  • Good degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborative, good communication, written and presentation skills.
