Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Changi Airport as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and developing airside driving and vehicle licensing policies and safety requirements to ensure the airport's good safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with airport partners to conduct incident investigations and drive projects to improve existing processes and achieve operational excellence and safety in aircraft manoeuvring areas and airside roadways.
  • Take charge of airside vehicular parking space management, working with airport partners and internal stakeholders to lease vehicle parking space and conduct a comprehensive review of existing space utilisation.
  • Develop a parking policy focusing on optimisation, working with Master Planning and Rentable Properties.

Requirements:

  • Good degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborative, good communication, written and presentation skills.
