  • Propose, develop and roll out dynamic and relevant Graduation Giving campaigns and programmes to secure sustained giving from students, parents and graduating students.
  • Incorporate datasets, benchmarks, measurement metrics to track progress and outcomes.
  • Meet fundraising targets duly.
  • Co-Promote, synergise projects and collaterals with AG colleagues for coherent marketing efforts, that support AG outcomes in general.
  • To add value in achieving fundraising targets for Annual Giving Programmes via a range of communications activities from electronic direct mailers and direct mailers, brochures, website and relevant appeals in alignment with UAO's quarterly/annual communications plan.
  • To provide annual giving support towards UAO's campaign targets.
  • Engage and forge closer connections with
    NTU's 275,000 alumni pool.

Requirements:

  • A University Degree with a minimum 4 years' experience in marketing communications, event management, and fundraising.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and interact effectively with all levels of people.
  • Numerical, comfortable with analysis of data.
  • Strong writing, fundraising and turnkeying assignments within deadlines.
  • Thrives on producing strategic marketing communications with tested capabilities and problemsolving skills in campaigns and projectmanagement.
  • Working proficiency in customer relationship management (BBCRM) is desirable.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and multitask.
