The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Overseas Collaboration (ORC) - IPP Scheme which involves collaborations with overseas universities and industry partners
  • Handle all enquires and matters on the ORC-IPP scheme
  • Review applications to ensure compliance to the respective MOE-approved agreement under the scheme
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with the Schools/central offices on the admission of the applicants under the scheme
  • Liaise with the collaboration parties to resolve administration issues to meet the University policies and guidelines
  • Compile, process and analyse admission data on the scheme for regular and up-to-date reporting
  • Handle and manage all students matters related to the scheme
  • Provide support in planning and organising of outreach events

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector
  • Strong proficiency in speaking Mandarin
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application software
  • People-oriented and a team player
