Responsibilities:

  • Handle infrastructure network design, implementation, testing, security, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to meet project milestones
  • Provide technical documentation and support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with support teams
  • Support day-to-day operations of the System Delivery team
  • Perform any other necessary technical duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Network certification in CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
  • 3-5 years of experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and F5 Load Balancers
  • Excellent understanding of network systems, architecture, routing, switching, and security
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot networks effectively

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a team of network engineers
  • Availability for 24/7 standby support or shift work
