As a Infra Engineer, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

Responsible for the Operational Management of virtualization systems. Work closely with Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones Proactive monitoring of VMware systems and its health status for customer infrastructure Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems. Periodic review of implementation plans for best practices. Make recommendations in line with the customer requirements Bring different business divisions together for the common objectives Address technical and business hurdles Managing customer SLA’s for the VMware technical issues. Maintenance of supported security updates to comply within the infra. Maintenance of supported product versions for customer infra. Documentation support (Design updates) Support system ticket closure with right explanations using customer provided tools. Time management and accountability.
