As a Supply Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (nurses, caregivers and therapists) and drive the Supply Strategy and Operations in the region while overseeing the care delivery process.

This involves identifying the opportunities and addressing the challenges of growing the Homage CarePro pool in Singapore, working with the Head of Supply Operations to drive business metrics and execute the Homage strategy on the ground.

You should be a strong operator capable of independently running operations with a bias to action in driving new initiatives.


In this role, you will also serve as the voice and ambassador of our CarePros, working closely with the other operational teams to maintain top-notch quality care for our customers.

What will you do
Your focus will be recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals, leading the team of associates to support and execute strategies to scale up Supply Operations:

  • Grow and maintain a world-class network of Care Professionals to meet the evolving homecare demands across Singapore
  • Manage the endtoend experience for Care Professionals on Homage's platform, overseeing the recruitment and ongoing engagement workstreams
  • Help execute and maintain bestinclass training and onboarding for Carepros
  • Drive engagement efforts with existing Care Professionals to improve our retention
  • Help to lead and manage the SG Supply Operations team, playing a key role in the team's professional development, and thereby foster a highperforming team.
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to meet our ambitious goals
  • Perform regular data analysis to understand the department's performance in detail, monitoring progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, helping to unblock barriers for the team
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve our goals and further improve our processes, performance and efficiency

Skills & Experience you will need

  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Operations Management and or Supply Chain or anything related, with 46 years of professional experience, ideally in startups, supply chain operations or recruitment
  • Good project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, and adhering to deadlines
  • Track record in operations, and ability to deliver in a fastpaced startup environment
  • Past experience leading a team and/or having direct reports
  • Having a resultsdriven mindset, and experience working across departments
  • Experience in data analysis, including Excel
  • Prior experience in making databased decisions to improve processes would be a plus
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, handson and able to work autonomously
  • Fluency in English
  • A positive attitude, extreme dedication, and ability to role model Homage's value
