_Role Purpose _


This role is Supply chain finance leader for AP Snacks, who is responsible to manage $200m COGS budget with two manufacturing facilities (one in Malaysia, and new one coming up).

This role is the key business partner to AP Snacks SC director and his team and provides financial guidance to SC organization.

This role manages the teams which are based in 3 different locations (Singapore, Malaysia and new plant location).

_Accountabilities _
1) Manage COGS budget for AP Snacks

  • Lead overall business planning process of COGS budget management. Work closely with commercial finance / FP&A and BU SC finance.
  • Identify key risks and opportunities in our forecast and work on contingency plans with SC organization.
  • Manage overall reporting requirements to regional SC finance organization / AP Snacks FP&A team in monthly closing process. This provides clear view of SC actual delivery.
  • Manage transfer pricing arrangement between intercompanies / coman.
2) Drive strategic agenda for SC organization with SC Director

  • Colead KIMM (Kellogg integrated margin management) program to identify more cost saving ideas in AP Snacks. Track saving program status monthly.
  • Lead financial analysis for capital and cost related projects including Financial Modelling on Key Projects in Asia Pacific with $1020MM of capital spend on an Annual Basis.
  • Lead financial analysis for future business expansion under AP Snacks including setting up new AP Pringles site. This work includes financial assessment of investment, setting up the right size of the organization and creating operational KPI for SC to drive efficiency in the plant.
  • Work with commercial finance on any future initiatives which impact COGS. Provide the guidance / solution to the organization in order to deliver financial target.
3) Accounting & Control

  • Work with PIO finance team on currency exposure / FX hedging.
  • Drive internal control in the plant through annual self assessment processes and regular check.
  • Guide SC finance team and SC counterparts regarding accounting treatments and transactions for better business understanding.
4) Develop the organization

  • Coach and guide direct reports (2 managers + ) and build overall capability building on SC finance organization in AP Snacks.
  • Develop AP Snacks SC finance capability to leverage more system and technology and, use financial data for business partnering to deliver more productivity in the plants.
  • Help AP snacks finance team to build better knowledge on SC in AP Snacks.
  • Educate / train AP snacks organization on overall SC / COGS knowledge

_Knowledge, Skills and Experience _

  • Degree qualified in finance, accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1015 years' experience in finance
  • About 5 years' experience in fast moving consumer goods or food industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage delicate issues with stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills and stong leadership skills
  • Strategic planning and analytical
  • Owner's mindset, solutionfocused, cando attitude and agility
  • Specialized knowledge and background of accounting and financial management is required, specifically in supply chain finance area.
  • Experience in tax regulations, internal control and treasury would be an advantage
  • Regional experience will be an advantage and highly regarded
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
