What you will be doing:
- Identify and drive strategic projects around Airwallex's financial crime risk mitigation framework
- Take a data driven approach to problem solving
- Work across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and deliver desired outcomes
- Prepare and update materials covering divisional performance and project progress, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
- Handle special projects and ad hoc incoming requests, including deep dives on issues identified by leadership or functional teams
What you will bring:
- 68 years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or toptier strategy/management consulting or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and experienced in SQL
- Strong problem solving skills essential
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Selfstarter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on
- Good understanding of global compliance risk (Antimoney laundering, Sanction etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
