Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Performing general administrative tasks like filing, controlling, and organizing documents
  • Handling IR21, IR8A for workers & staff
  • Monitoring staff probation, confirmation, appraisal, and promotion processes
  • Assisting in the transition to the new HR System (Whyze HR)
  • Conducting performance appraisals for staff and enforcing company policies
  • Coordinating company events and team-building activities
  • Managing Petty cash claims
  • Administering various HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Performance Reviews, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Orientation Programs
  • Processing Permit and Pass applications/renewals for workers and office staff
  • Managing Payroll & Leave Applications
  • Preparing correspondence for workers and office staff
  • Handling other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration
  • At least 4 years of relevant HR & Admin experience
  • Positive qualities like Cheerful, Responsible, Meticulous, Fast-thinker, and taking initiative
  • Quick learner with a proactive and systematic approach
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese, knowledge of Malay is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Sage Payroll System is advantageous
  • Open to Singaporean/ Singapore PR/Malaysian candidates only
  • Immediate availability preferred
