AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is focused on driving revenue and growth from various accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector organizations.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that excellent support is key to customer success. They also collaborate with customers building critical applications on AWS services.

As a full-time Growth Strategy Lead, you will lead strategic projects to understand the customer landscape, conduct benchmarking, identify new business opportunities, and address challenges across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.

You will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate across functions and geographies to identify issues, analyze data, generate insights, devise solutions, and implement them.

You will be responsible for executing proposed business strategies, solving complex problems, and enhancing customer and business outcomes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions
  • Experience managing programs across teams, building processes, and coordinating schedules
  • Experience analyzing data and making business recommendations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with high-impact, high-velocity programs
