Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting and financial reporting, including but not limited to the following:
- Performing full spectrum of account payable functions and payroll.
- Familiar and be able to do payroll using the system.
- Manage petty cash payable accounting
- Including data entry, prepare payment voucher and cheque issuance or online payment
- Collaborating with finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and statements
- Conducting budget planning
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Assisting with annual audit process and ensuring that financial records are accurate and complete;
- Working with professional firms for annual compliance and tax filings;
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external service providers incl. banking institutions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information
- Perform other duties as assigned by The Management
Requirements
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Sage 300 (ACCPAC) or other relevant accounting knowledge.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
