Mission statement:
As a Region Senior Sales Executive, you will have the responsibility for generating revenue by selling software solutions and associated services directly to prospective clients. You will be in charge of devising direct sales strategies and plans to deliver revenue growth. You will also be in charge of proactively developing the sales pipeline and drive these to fruition. You must demonstrate a high-level understanding of business processes and integration solutions in the asset management segment. You will also need to work with the pre-sales team and subject matter experts in order to prepare and submit documents such as RFI/ RFQ/ RFP. In developing the pipeline and scoping sales opportunities, you need to be able to visualize the technical requirements communicated by various departments of a prospective client, and to be able to synthesize these into proposed solutions which the client will find compelling. You must be able to understand the implicit and explicit requirements and navigate these from a techno-commercial perspective.
Your responsibilities:
- You will build and maintain strong personal relationships with existing customers, partners and stakeholders to ensure strong, long-term and strategically profitable relationships.
- You will act as the voice of the customer internally, proactively raise awareness and ensure proper action towards product features and quality improvement.
- You will perform sales activities for an assigned area and accounts to achieve or exceed set orders objectives and meet new account sales quotas for products and services.
- You will develop sales plans, strategies, final presentations designed to enhance orders growth and meet customer need.
- You will analyze customers' need and recommend a solution that best meets the customers' requirements.
- You will remain knowledgeable of the organization's products/services to facilitate sales efforts and promptly follow-up on marketing leads and other customer-based actions.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical background in electrical/software engineering with a business background.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in similar position or alternatively combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
- Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories.
- Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset, and a professional, "can-do" attitude.
- Strong selling and relationship development skills are required to cope with a wide variety of complex information.
- Willingness to develop in-depth knowledge of the portfolio (technical and commercial) and how it fits into the targeted markets to solve customer's problems.
- Proven and strong executive level engagement and relationships.
- Confident, credible, C-Level presenter, ability to work autonomously.
- High level of travel required.
- Strong communication skills.
