Job Location:SingaporeWe are representing our client, a medical equipment company providing with diagnostic imaging solutions, look for an experienced regional sales executive to complement the existing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets in the designated region.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in healthcare organizations to promote the company's products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, including new market segments,
customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of the Company's medical imaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to customers, ensuring accurate and
timely communication of product information and terms.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, technical support, and customer service, to
address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, advancements, and competitors' activities to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Clevel executives and healthcare professionals.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
  • Clinical/ Product / Sales experience in radiology imagining systems like CT, MR, Vascular Lab and Ultrasound is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing regional distributor and indirect sales channel in healthcare imaging field is a plus
