Responsibilities:

  • This role will support deployments of the 6 OMS related datasystems that come under SmartReM eco system across APAC.
  • This role will work in a dynamic work environment and in a matrix structure, working directly with the regional lead/team for Smart Resource Management.
  • Primary responsibility of this role is to be the:
  • Subject Matter Expert on the SmartReM eco-system (under
  • Take ownership & provide timely/professional support for all incidents (ongoing/dayday issues) for the ecosystem
  • Deliver bottom line value with SmartReM (drive behavioral change, utilization)
  • Build/ Ensure all APAC country teams have the skills to drive deployments
  • In addition, the incumbent will need to work with product owners and various global and regional support teams to ensure smooth implementations and continuous support within predefined SLAs/timelines.

Overall Responsibility

  • This role's main accountability is to support deployments of Smart Resource Management ecosystem.
  • This role will be responsible for maintaining / enhancing various regional interfaces connecting to SmartProductivity.
  • This role will continuously work with DHL-LINK teams, IT vendors and country engineers to improve implementations and make integrations smoother and time efficient.

Product Management

  • Work closely with regional engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them to functional/technical requirements for product upgrades.
  • Manage product life cycle and lead necessary SIT testing for the region and work withcountry engineers to facilitate UAT testing

Service Management

Program Management

  • Provide necessary coaching to OMS engineers and country IT teams for testing and validation.

Requirements:

  • Strong operational background and knowledge of supply chain industry
  • Dynamic and goal orientated execution focused: able to deliver independently and work as part of dynamic team
  • Experience working with WMS, Labor Management Systems and Performance tracking systems
  • Ability to write scripts in SQL, VBA will be advantageous
  • Experience of working with IT systems and driving systems/tools deployments is an advantage
  • Experience of working and collaborating across functional domains (with operations and supporting functions
  • IT/ Fin/etc.) across various countries is desirable
  • Experience with data analysis and data visualizations (e.g. PowerBI, etc.) to drive transparency and improvements is desirable
  • Experience with OMS and/or understanding of Continuous Improvement programs (e.g. Experience with First choice) is desirable
  • Proven Project / Program Management experience ability to connect stakeholders and solve problems in an international environment
  • The ability to influence and coach will help significantly in this role
