Monetization Product Operations (MPO) is on a mission to make sure businesses get the best out of our advertising solutions. We strive to enhance our products through customer feedback, strengthen our self-serve platforms, and offer top-notch technical support to our clients around the globe.

Our team is spread across Austin, Mountainview, London, Tel Aviv, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney, ensuring seamless support for both internal and external partners.

  • Regularly monitor key business metrics and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Create detailed business review reports to aid leaders in decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to find actionable insights for market and product teams.
  • Offer analytical support on crucial projects, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain data integrity in internal tools and provide necessary team support.
  • Drive team engagement through various initiatives and events globally.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders for smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or higher qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on business analysis and project management.
  • Proficiency in data analytical tools like Excel, SQL, Tableu.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to derive strategic insights from data sources and business context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
