Summary:
Supporting Service Management activities at the Health Sciences Authority (HSA)'s Health Products Regulation Group Connect Centre (HCC)

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walkins at the reception counter.
  • Support the Service Management team in administrative areas including maintenance of stakeholder. list, updating of relevant information on communication platforms/channels and website.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Have relevant customer service work experience and good communication and customer service skills are preferred.
  • Ability to provide administrative support independently and able to work together in a team.
  • Strong analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
