Asu Plant Operator

This position is responsible primarily for the safe, efficient hands-on day-to-day operation of a cryogenic air separation plant including process plant control, production rate/product mix adjustments, gas pipeline delivery systems, cryogenic tanker loading and product quality assurance.
On nights and weekends, this position acts on behalf of the Plant Manager in first contact with customers and authorities.
The Process Technician is also tasked in performing duties at electronic customer sites as and when required to ensure smooth operation & proper maintenance of the onsite facilities.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To be responsible for smooth operations of ASU plant and pipeline network.
- To record plant equipment reading and control room reading.
- To do bulk transfer on all cryogenic liquid.
- To startup and shutdown plant as and when required.
Job Description and Qualifications:
- To be responsible for smooth operations of ASU plant and pipeline network.
- To follow all ISO procedures.
- To ensure all safety requirement is adhered to.
- To ensure proper housekeeping in all plant areas.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as directed by superiors.
