Plant Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Engineer to oversee the automated packaging operations and serviceability of production equipment at our central kitchen manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement systems and equipment to enhance mass production capabilities.
  • Continuously improve the automated production system through mechanical, electronic, and automation enhancements.
  • Daily setup and run the production system to meet time-sensitive order demands.
  • Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards in the plant.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with other central kitchen teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operation.
  • Prepare documentation, conduct training, and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale food production environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of food manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Ability to lead a team and run a production process independently with a tight schedule.
  • Strong capabilities in design, implementation, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
