As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all plant activities to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of ready-mix concrete.
  • Monitor and manage raw material levels to avoid production delays.
  • Lead and train plant personnel, including batching plant operators, drivers, and laborers, to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of plant equipment and address any mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Enforce plant safety policies and ensure compliance with local environmental and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to ensure concrete meets specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to required specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of ready-mix concrete production processes.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in operating batching plant equipment.
