Job Summary

Mead Johnson Nutrition (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Pilot Plant Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Pilot Plant and laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Pilot Plant and laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including general housekeeping and preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Pilot Plant equipment in our Singapore facilities and R&D laboratory.
  • Pilot Plant Trials and Laboratory Activities: Execute Pilot Plant trials and laboratory activities, including preparatory and setting-up activities, close-out activities, and turn-over of product samples and storage of Pilot Batch records.
  • Project Support: Provide support to project teams as required, including physical testing of raw materials and finished products, receiving and sending samples, and other requests.
Requirements
  • Education: ITE graduate or Polytechnic graduate with a Diploma in a relevant field of Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, and/or Automation).
  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and willing to work long hours in executing laboratory and Pilot Plant trials.
  • Experience: Preferably with experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting wet process and pilot scale spray drying equipment, including packaging test equipment.
