We are in search of a Director of Business Development – APAC to join our expanding team based in Singapore. This newly established role showcases IPS' commitment to delivering outstanding solutions and solidifying its position as a global industry frontrunner. You will be reporting to the recently appointed Managing Director, who brings extensive experience in pharmaceuticals, data centers, renewable energy, and manufacturing domains. His forward-thinking approach and strong business acumen have consistently led to remarkable outcomes, and we invite you to be part of this thrilling journey of growth in Singapore.
We will count on you to concentrate on business development, particularly in enhancing market intelligence through our key account program. You will be tasked with devising strategies for country-specific plans, qualifying and nurturing leads, and managing relationships with selected clients. Furthermore, you will support the regional leadership team in creating sales pipelines for our operating offices, coordinating proposal endeavors, and engaging in general marketing and sales activities and reporting. Your team will be eager to benefit from your knowledge and enthusiasm.

Qualifications & Requirements- 8+ years of experience in a sales/marketing role, with at least 5 years in Design/Build and/or Pharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record of enhancing business development efforts within a company.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficient in negotiation and communication.
- Demonstrated capacity in administration, planning, organization, supervision, and coordination of technical work while fostering collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, team-building aptitude, and a solid work ethic.
