We are actively seeking a  Director of Business Development – APAC  to join our growing team based in Singapore. This newly created role reflects IPS’ dedication to delivering exceptional solutions and solidifying its position as a global industry leader. You will report to the Managing Director, , who was recently appointed and has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, data center, renewable energy, and manufacturing sectors. His visionary approach and business-oriented mindset have consistently driven exceptional results and we want you to be a part of this new and exciting growth journey in Singapore. 

We will rely on you to focus on business development with emphasis on developing market intelligence through our key account program. You will have the opportunity to create strategies for country-specific plans, qualifying, and developing leads in addition to client management with selected clients. You will also assist the regional leadership team in developing sales pipelines for its operating offices, coordinating proposal efforts, and general marketing/sales activities and reporting. Your team will be excited to learn from you as you enthusiastically share your knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements

8+ years experience in a sales/marketing capacity, 5 of which in Design/Build and/or Pharmaceuticals.  Experience should include successful sales efforts improving the business development activities of the company. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Effective negotiation and communication skills. Progressive ability, capacity and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others. Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, team building, and strong work ethic.
